I liked:
We have stayed at the Grand Plaza several times, always for a week at a time. It sort of feels like coming home and we especially appreciate the possibility to cook our own meals. Serviced appartments are a lot more practical than plain hotel rooms.
I disliked:
That the big Tesco-shop in Bayswater closed down.

La situation, le calme, chambre spacieuse ... Rien a dire de négatif !!! Magasins à 2 rues de l hotel , très pratique ! Tout est super !

I liked:
Excellent value for money. Brilliant location, very quiet but central, 5 minutes from tube station and Hyde Park - enjoyed a jog around the park!
Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.
Our continentyal breakfast was included in the price and was very good. Breakfast available up to 11 and a good selection and service until then.
We stayed in February and room was very warm.
Good facilities in kitchen.
Definately stay again and recommend.
I disliked:
Some beds a bit hard.

I liked:
We were very happy with the hotel and the location was brilliant. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed.
The staff was friendly and nothing was a problem to them. I will definately stay in this hotel again.

I liked:
everything was wonderful at the grand plaza,from the lovely staff to the great apartment.we had a double executive studio.it was perfect, plenty of room,a huge bath and it was spotless.a very nice place to stay close to everything.thankyou grand plaza.

I liked:
Very nice appartment. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were very well maintained and cleaned. Staff very very helpful and was a reasonable price
I disliked:
Room looked directly into hotel opposite. My girlfriend had been walking around naked for about 30mins before we realised a couple opposite were looking into our room (and appeared to be enjoying it, if you know what i mean!!) My girlfriend was very embarrassed.

I liked:
location , facilities, eg hob fridge microwave, spacious sleeping and living area, although only standard studio, very friendly staff, very quiet room nice modern decor just abs great
I disliked:
the bathroom just needed a lick of paint and areas where damp had come through especially on the ceiling needed attention.

I liked:
We (3) got a very nice apartment. The staff were kind and helpfull. It was a really nice hotel!
I disliked:
I had to sleep on a sofa-bed (which was not made for us) i slept on it 3 nights. When i came home i had problems breathing and pains in my chest. Went to the doctor and found out i have a damaged back bcuz of the sofabed.Need a specialist doctor to fix my back now for £70-80!! I am still in a lot of pain!
